My research basically addresses students’ needs more than any other entity. The questions I would ask my students or in this case students set to benefit from the creation of my Twitter handle to help Saudi students to learn English as a result of earning United States scholarship.

  1. What are you struggling with?Instruction System Design

Finding the root of a problems helps the instructor in knowing how best to address a majority or individual students seeking their assistance. By knowing why the students struggle and what in the language makes them struggle, will help in tailoring the lessons to fit their needs. Some students may be weak in the grammar part, some in pronunciation, others in speech and the list goes on.

  1. What drives you towards better knowledge of the English language?

This is basically why the student is signing up for the services. Could they do without it? Are they supplementing their other languages? Are they just people who like better communication with their lecturers?

  1. How will help with the language influence your school curriculum?

Will extra English lessons improve your essays? Will it help with communication with other students? Will school work be easier to understand? Will it help in the interaction with English speaking lectures to understand you better when you are asking for explanations in areas you did not understand? How the school curriculum interpretation will be made easier. I will want to know if their lessons will be easier for them with this new help.

  1. Are there any similarities between your first language and this second language?

Using the knowledge provided, you will know what aspects of the two languages  you will prioritize and use to my advantage to improve their experience. By identifying the differences between the two languages, I will easily identify what factors of speech they are struggling with.

  1. How has been your performance in English for the last two years. Have you enrolled in any institution to learn English or is this your first time to learn English? If you have previously enrolled in an English class what did you learn and have you been effective in applying what you learned in the class. This means how frequently do you use the words that you learned? Is it on daily basis or you have to spent days without using newly learned vocabularies. Additionally, do you keep nots of what you learn through interaction with other people or what you hear from radio, watch on television or read in newspapers.
  2. Since you came to the United States, have you had an opportunity of meeting someone who is willing to teach use English? If yes, did they ask for payment and how many hours were they willing to teach you in a week? When someone is willing to help you learn English via twitter will you take that opportunity or what platform would you like to learn English?
  3. How long do you think it will take you before you fully understand how to write and speak fluent English? Do you see yourself achieving this objective in 1 year or less when you get help from someone who has been in the place like yourself now?

Question 2

Instruction System Design (ISD) Model is a tool used by instructional designers and human performance technologist to develop instruction systematically. These models – in the simplest sense – are used to ensure that instruction is not developed in a haphazard manner. The development of quality instruction does not happen on accident and there are established procedures to assure the instruction meets needs and goals of learners. My project is teaching English language as a second language via twitter to Saudi students on scholarship to the USA.

My project can be analyzed by the business need which is to make money from twitter while teaching.  The learning process will define the desired business in the number of students I will be able to attract. My performance requirements that support the business will depend on number of views. The English language language must be learned by the Saudi students because they need to thrive in this new nation. The standards set is for the students to effectively express themselves in this new language. The learning process will occur online through twitter interactions. It is the students that need to improve on their current scores.

At the end of each project the learners will be able to carry out their assignments with ease in communication. The students will be encouraged to contribute towards grammar checks, to build on their vocabulary. I will use a Cognitive Task Analysis and encourage learners to participate in interviews where I can grade their progress. To enroll as a student one only has to know how to use twitter and have the passion to improve on their language. The project will be structured so that only one subject is discussed for a particular time.

The developmental stage will involve listing the student activities such as grammar checks, vocabulary building and the language structure. The delivery system is twitter interactions. To master the skill, students will be required to be interactive as possible on the social platform.Instruction System Design

Implementation will involve unveiling the twitter handle the students will use to interact with their peers and instructors as well. The twitter handle will have the ability to attract advertisers looking to sell their items to my followers and I can aim to make some good money as a result.

ROI is calculated by simply taking the gain of an investment, subtracting the cost of the investment and dividing the total by the cost of the investment.

ROI= (Gains- Cost) /Cost

Gain- the money generated by the tweet in terms of views and clicks.

Cost- no cost

The business therefore is all profit depending on how good you are with garnering views, clicks and number of followers. This can be done in a variety of ways. One of the ways is tweet peddling by pricing your tweets and getting paid by advertisers. Get compensated for quality clicks and views from each click by using My Likes Publisher.

I can also set up a SponsoredTweets.com Account where an advertiser that likes my customer numbers can use it for advertising and I get paid for it.

Question 3 Instruction System Design

A balanced scorecard is a tool that is employed in a firm or a company with the objective of evaluating the performance of the business. The card takes into account both the financial and the nonfinancial operations of the organization, and it is composed of four components namely, the financial perspective, the internal processes, customer and the organizational capacity. It is imperative for one to consider the four-part framework because he is going to be in a position to figure out whether the business is heading in the right direction or not. To that end, the people in charge will be able to have an understanding of whether the strategic goals are being met or not. Thus, they will be able to formulate a plan that can move the business activity in the right direction. The organization that I am writing about for the semester-long technology implementation plan is the school whereby I will be teaching English as a second language through the application of Twitter. I intend to set up the four-part framework in an efficient way so that they can be relevant to the organization.

To begin with, I will make twitter an integral part of teaching English as a second language through concentrating on the teaching methods that lead to customer satisfaction.  For instance, through the application of the filter tool, I will be able to gather information on the materials that I can employ in the teaching of the language. Besides, an introduction of the favorite button will be an added advantage to the customers because it is going to allow them to engage in the reading process at their times. The capturing of this aspect is vital because it is going to be relevant to the organization that I am working for.

Secondly, I will make Twitter a relevant device for teaching English as a second language through an introduction of tools that can evaluate the financial performance of the activities. This can be done through submission of twitter interviews that will capture students from Saudi Arabia and ask them how they are faring on the subject. Are they well equipped with the knowledge of the vocabulary? How much have they saved on tuition fee as a result of not incurring costs when paying money to the teachers to offer them some private lessons? Those are the kind of questions that should be answered.

Similarly, I will make Twitter relevant to the teaching of English as a second language to the Saudi Arabian students through concentrating on the internal factors that affect the learners. For instance, the intellectual capacity of the students should be taken into account so that the learners who can tweet can help the less intellect students in the learning process. This can be accomplished through the use of hashtags which can be used to facilitate the sharing of the resources such as videos, links, and articles.

Equally, I will make Twitter relevant to the teaching of English as a second language to the Saudi Arabian students through having a well-defined organizational capacity. The teaching forum should be arranged in a way that it cannot be interfered by external forces. For instance, this can be accomplished through the establishment of controls that are configured with the twitter settings to block anyone from manipulating the information.

Commercial planners and economists are going to be very imperative individuals because they are going to assist in the internal and growth areas, financial and customer data points. The key performance indicators are going to be determined by the increase or the decrease in the number of the Saudi Arabian students who can speak English language and have gathered this learning from the twitter.  To that end, an increase in the number of tweets in English from the learners will be an indicator that the technology is relevant to the organization.
