How to set up the four-part Framework required for Balanced Scorecard Evaluation, so it is relevant to the organization that I am writing about for the Semester long Technology implementation Plan Project

A balanced scorecard is a tool that is employed in a firm or a company with the objective of evaluating the performance of the business. The card takes into account both the financial and the nonfinancial operations of the organization, and it is composed of four components namely, the financial perspective, the internal processes, customer and the organizational capacity. It is imperative for one to consider the four-part framework because he is going to be in a position to figure out whether the business is heading in the right direction or not. To that end, the people in charge will be able to have an understanding of whether the strategic goals are being met or not. Thus, they will be able to formulate a plan that can move the business activity in the right direction. The organization that I am writing about for the semester-long technology implementation plan is the school whereby I will be teaching English as a second language through the application of Twitter. I intend to set up the four-part framework in an efficient way so that they can be relevant to the organization.

To begin with, I will make twitter an integral part of teaching English as a second language through concentrating on the teaching methods that lead to customer satisfaction.  For instance, through the application of the filter tool, I will be able to gather information on the materials that I can employ in the teaching of the language. Besides, an introduction of the favorite button will be an added advantage to the customers because it is going to allow them to engage in the reading process at their times. The capturing of this aspect is vital because it is going to be relevant to the organization that I am working for.

Secondly, I will make Twitter a relevant device for teaching English as a second language through an introduction of tools that can evaluate the financial performance of the activities. This can be done through submission of twitter interviews that will capture students from Saudi Arabia and ask them how they are faring on the subject. Are they well equipped with the knowledge of the vocabulary? How much have they saved on tuition fee as a result of not incurring costs when paying money to the teachers to offer them some private lessons? Those are the kind of questions that should be answered.

Similarly, I will make Twitter relevant to the teaching of English as a second language to the Saudi Arabian students through concentrating on the internal factors that affect the learners. For instance, the intellectual capacity of the students should be taken into account so that the learners who can tweet can help the less intellect students in the learning process. This can be accomplished through the use of hashtags which can be used to facilitate the sharing of the resources such as videos, links, and articles.

Equally, I will make Twitter relevant to the teaching of English as a second language to the Saudi Arabian students through having a well-defined organizational capacity. The teaching forum should be arranged in a way that it cannot be interfered by external forces. For instance, this can be accomplished through the establishment of controls that are configured with the twitter settings to block anyone from manipulating the information.

Commercial planners and economists are going to be very imperative individuals because they are going to assist in the internal and growth areas, financial and customer data points. The key performance indicators are going to be determined by the increase or the decrease in the number of the Saudi Arabian students who can speak English language and have gathered this learning from the twitter.  To that end, an increase in the number of tweets in English from the learners will be an indicator that the technology is relevant to the organization.
